My name is Odra Quesada, and I am an applied microeconomist. My research centers on labor markets, discrimination, and migration. I use a combination of field experiments, survey experiments, and administrative data to understand how perceptions and individual characteristics shape labor market outcomes and attitudes toward minorities.
I recently obtained my PhD in Quantitative Finance and Economics in July 2025 from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). During my PhD, I also gained experience as a research assistant.
I am currently a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), hosted by Gaurav Khanna.
