My name is Odra Quesada, and I am an applied microeconomist specializing in labor markets, discrimination, and migration. My research combines field experiments, survey experiments, and administrative data to study how perceptions and individual characteristics shape both labor market outcomes and attitudes toward minorities.
I received my PhD in Quantitative Finance and Economics from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in July 2025, where I am currently a postdoctoral researcher.
I am also a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of California San Diego (UCSD), hosted by Gaurav Khanna.
